The frequency of hearing the word “It is needed” inside the corporation gives the first signs that problems have arisen.
Especially if there is no “It is needed” Department in the organizational structure, the situation can be even worse.
If sentences starting with “It is needed” are uttered in all units and “It is needed” Department is classified and takes action, everything is fine then. 👍🏻
But if there is no such department…
There is no reference to any person in any sentence formed by using the words “It is needed” or “It is necessary”, that is who will do the job is not defined and addressed specifically. 📭
It remains a general statement.
